Dr. Devender Singh is working as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi. He obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi in February 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Rajeev Gupta. His doctoral research focused on the designing and development of fluorescent and colorimetric chemosensors for the recognition of diverse analytes, including metal ions, anions, amino acids, drugs and nitroaromatic explosives. His research interests focuses on supramolecular chemistry, molecular recognition, and sensor development with potential applications in biological and environmental related fields. Dr. Singh has published 9 research papers in reputed international journals with collectively 133 citations.
