Dr Zeeshan Ibrar is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Architecture and Planning, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Dr Ibrar has a PhD in Regional Planning from SPA-Delhi. He received his M.Arch (Urban Regeneration) and B.Arch from Jamia Millia Islamia,  New Delhi, in 2015 and 2013, respectively. His research interest areas are Urban Regeneration, Disaster Management, and Flood Resilience Framework. He actively engages in research exploring Water Sensitive Urban Planning, Disaster Management, and Regional Planning. Dr Ibrar had represented India in the Next Generation City Action (NGCA) Programme in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2023, organized by DTU and DTU Skylab at UIA World Congress of Architects CPH 2023, Denmark, under the ‘Next Generation City Action’ program. He was the National Winner and Challenge Accelerator Award winner.
